We realize it is an inconvenience for you to have your packages lost or damaged by our shipping partners, so we do our best to rectify these situations promptly. Despite our best effort, U.S. Mail, UPS, and FEDEX packages are occasionally damaged or lost in transit. We take the issue of lost and damaged packages very seriously, and we will initiate an investigation immediately upon receiving your request.
